Shipping & Returns


Shipping for domestic and international shipments are via US Postal Service. Your yarn will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your order, unless we are at a show in which case we will try to make that clear on the website or contact you personally to let you know. You will receive an email when your yarn ships with available tracking information. 


Exchange & Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchases from Seven Sisters Arts but are well aware that one of the challenges with internet shopping is that you can't touch things or see the true color through a computer screen. Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect your package to verify that you have received what you ordered and that dye lots match. We try our hardest but do make mistakes! If you received the wrong product or mismatched dye lots please let us know as soon as possible so that we can pull the correct items from inventory to set aside for you.  We will issue you credit for return shipping expenses and send out the replacement when we receive the returned yarn. If you have purchased an item from us and it does not make your heart sing we will cheerfully exchange or refund the purchase price (minus PayPal fees 2.9% +.30 cents) of your returned items with the following conditions. Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded. 

  • Notify us of return request for shipping info
  • Item is returned within thirty days of the purchase date 
  • Item was purchased by you at the regular price, discounted or sale items do not qualify for returns or exchange
  • Item is returned in same condition as when it was received, we cannot accept yarn that has been wound into a ball or knitted with
  • No returns on books, patterns, notions or gift certificates
  • No refunds for One Offs, Riffs which are non-repeating colors
  • No refunds or exchanges for products whose sale proceeds or a portion of proceeds are donated
